# The 6GB plans, both contracted and non contracted, have a maximum data limit of 7GB. All other plans have a maximum data limit of 6GB. If you reach the maximum data limit in any calendar month your service will be suspended until the end of that calendar month.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Plans are available month-to-month or on a 24 month contract.
  2. Customers signing onto a contract service will receive a wireless modem. The wireless modem included within your plan is as specified on your application form and must be obtained from Bendigo Bank Telco at the time of sign-up or it is forfeited.
  3. The minimum cost of WB1GC over 24 months is $646.80, the minimum cost of WB3GC over 24 months is $958.80, and the minimum cost of WB6GC over 24 months is $1438.80. Fees apply for early termination of fixed term contracts.
  4. Your pricing plan sets out the amount of included data that you can download and upload in a billing month. Data usage will be counted in kilobytes, where 1000KB = 1MB and includes both uploads and downloads.
  5. If you exceed your plan’s included monthly data allowance, excess usage will be charged at $0.15 per MB. At the end of each billing month any unused included data will be forfeited.
  6. You are able to obtain an indication of your megabyte usage via the software included with your modem.
  7. The 6GB plans, both contracted and non contracted, have a maximum data limit of 7GB. All other plans featured have a maximum data limit of 6GB. If you reach the maximum data limit in any calendar month your service will be suspended until the end of that calendar month.
  8. Maximum download speed on 3G/HSDPA is 3MB/sec. This represents maximum possible connection speed. Actual speed achieved will vary depending on how far you are from the mobile tower, configuration and quality of your connection, the number and type of services being used in the connection area, your computer’s hardware and software setup, and the configuration of any computer you are trying to access remotely.
  9. The service as described is only available within our selected GSM or 3G/HSDPA coverage area and is subject to network availability. Please refer to www.optus.com.au/coverage for full coverage details.
  10. You can also use the service to connect to the internet outside the 3G/HSDPA areas, within our selected GSM network areas. Where only GSM coverage is available you will not experience broadband speeds.
  11. The service is only available for use with a Bendigo Bank Telco supplied SIM card and approved wireless data modem.
  12. The Bendigo Bank Telco supplied wireless modem is available at $0 upfront on the 24 month contracted plans. You may purchase a modem outright on the month-to-month plans from Bendigo Bank Telco or bring your own wireless data modem if it is approved for use on the Optus 3G/HSDPA or GSM network
  13. These wireless broadband plans may only be used to access data services. You cannot use the supplied SIM card to access other services such as voice calls, international voice calls, voicemail and calls to 1300 and 1900 numbers, or send and receive SMS.
  14. If the supplied SIM card is used in an alternate modem it will count towards your plan’s data allowance.
  15. The equipment you use to access your wireless data service (e.g. your laptop) must meet the system requirements advised by us. Full details of applicable system requirements are available on request.
  16. The service is available to customers who connect to a new wireless broadband service. All applications for the service are subject to credit assessment and acceptance.

This price list is effective 10 March 2009. All prices include GST. Use of the service is subject to our Standard Form of Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy.
