Plans & Rates Explained
- The Monthly Fee is the minimum you will pay and covers the Usage Included which is quoted in megabytes (Mb).
- Usage Included relates to downloads only (data coming from the Internet to your computer). We do not charge for uploads (data going from your computer to the Internet).
- Any usage over the Usage Included amount is charged at the Excess Usage cost per Mb.
- Excess usage on all plans is charged at $0.10 per Mb.
- The most you will pay per month is the Total Cost Capped At amount, regardless of how much extra you have used. Power User Plans are capped at the monthly fee.
- The Speed of your connection defines how fast the service is. For example a 256/64 Speed means you have a maximum download rate of 256 Kilobytes per second (Kbps) and a maximum upload rate of 64 Kilobytes per second (Kbps).
