Customers signing onto a 24 month contracted service will receive a $0 connect and a $0 upfront modem. The modem included in your plan is as specified on your application form and must be obtained from us at the time of sign-up or it is forfeited.
The following additional fees apply to month-to-month plans:
New connection fee is $99.95. This will be billed as a once off charge on your first invoice.
Churn connection fee is $59.95 and is charged if you transfer your existing service from another carrier.
Speed change fee is $59.95 and will apply to all speed change requests. This charge will be billed as a once off charge on your invoice.
Disconnection fee is $99.95 per service if service is disconnected within six months of activation.
Disconnection fee of $10.00 per service will apply if you disconnect your service after six months of activation.

Modem Options
Standard single port modem $65 or $0 on 24 month ADSL contract.
Wireless 4 port modem $99 or $34 on 24 month ADSL contact.
Broadband Conditions
- Availability is dependant on customer’s geographic location.
- Broadband activation fee is $115, payable on your next invoice (modem purchase and installation extra). Not applicable to broadband packages.
- Change of access speed fee is $49, a one-off charge billed to your invoice.
- Relocation fee if service moved within the first six months is $198 and $99 if service is moved after the first six months.
- Disconnection fee of $99 if service cancelled within six months of activation.
- Speed may be slowed to 64kb/sec, if usage exceeds 20Gb in any given month.
- This service is subject to Bendigo Bank Telco Acceptable Usage Policy.
- Transfer fee from another service provider is $49.
- At the end of each billing month any unused data will be forfeited.
- The speeds specified represent maximum possible connection speeds. Actual speeds achieved will depend on how far you live for the local telephone exchange, configuration, and quality of your phone line, quality of your broadband ADSL modem and line filter, the number and type of service being used in your neighbourhood, interference from outside sources, your computer’s hardware and software set up, and the configuration of any computer you are trying to access.
*Whilst unlimited plans have no monthly usage limit, we may request your limit usage in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if used for an improper purpose or excessive manner which adversely impacts on our network performance.
